無溶劑浸漬漆的使用、貯存和維護要求

無溶劑浸漬漆使用(yong)要求
1、預烘(hong)(hong)(hong):將工件(jian)置(zhi)于烘(hong)(hong)(hong)箱中烘(hong)(hong)(hong)焙去濕,烘(hong)(hong)(hong)焙溫度(du)為120-130℃,烘(hong)焙時間與工件的大小(xiao)、絕緣結構、形(xing)狀(zhuang)等有關,以熱(re)態絕緣電阻值持(chi)續穩定1-2小時作為標準。
2、調粘度:浸漆(qi)前將漆(qi)的粘度調整到合適(shi)的粘度(一般控制在23±2℃,涂-4#杯30-50秒)。如果粘度過高,則用(yong)本公司提(ti)供的稀(xi)釋(shi)劑(ji)或者補加(jia)一定量的新(xin)漆(qi)并(bing)攪拌均(jun)勻(加(jia)入(ru)1%的稀(xi)釋(shi)劑(ji) ,粘度在30-80秒時(shi)可以(yi)下降(jiang)4-6秒,但稀(xi)釋(shi)劑(ji)的總加(jia)入(ru)量不能(neng)超過消耗漆(qi)量的15%,稀(xi)釋(shi)劑(ji)加(jia)入(ru)過多將影響絕緣漆(qi)的性能(neng))。調(diao)粘度時(shi)應注意分(fen)步調(diao)節,以(yi)防(fang)一次性調(diao)得過低。
3、真空壓力(VPI)浸(jin)漆:
A) 抽(chou)(chou)真空(kong)(kong):工件(jian)冷(leng)卻(que)到(dao)(dao)50-60℃后(hou),用壓縮空(kong)(kong)氣將工件(jian)表(biao)面處(chu)理(li)干(gan)凈,然后(hou)放入浸漆罐中,蓋緊蓋,啟動真空(kong)(kong)泵(beng),抽(chou)(chou)真空(kong)(kong)至300~400Pa,真空(kong)(kong)度達到(dao)(dao)后(hou)停真空(kong)(kong)泵(beng),并在此條件(jian)下維持20-30分(fen)鐘(zhong)。
B) 真空輸(shu)(shu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi):浸(jin)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)在真空狀態下,打(da)開輸(shu)(shu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)閥門,使漆(qi)(qi)(qi)從底(di)部(bu)緩慢進(jin)入(ru)浸(jin)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),輸(shu)(shu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)時應隨時觀察浸(jin)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)和(he)貯(zhu)(zhu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)(液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)以浸(jin)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)高出工件100-150mm為標(biao)準)。當液(ye)(ye)位(wei)(wei)達到后,及時關閉輸(shu)(shu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)閥門,以免將(jiang)貯(zhu)(zhu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)缸中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)全部(bu)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)浸(jin)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),氣體進(jin)入(ru)浸(jin)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),造(zao)成絕緣漆(qi)(qi)(qi)鼓泡(pao),漆(qi)(qi)(qi)沫(mo)沖擊(ji)浸(jin)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)內(nei)壁,嚴重(zhong)時漆(qi)(qi)(qi)液(ye)(ye)進(jin)入(ru)氣相管(guan)道將(jiang)其(qi)堵塞,同(tong)時由于(yu)氣泡(pao)進(jin)入(ru)浸(jin)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)而(er)影響浸(jin)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)效果。
C) 加壓(ya)浸漬(zi):輸(shu)漆完畢后,輸(shu)入干燥空氣或氮氣,加壓(ya)至0.4-0.5Mpa,并維持壓(ya)力30分鐘。
D) 回(hui)(hui)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和滴漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi):浸(jin)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)結束后,打開(kai)放空(kong)閥,將壓(ya)(ya)力降到0.2Mpa左右(you),關上放空(kong)閥。打開(kai)回(hui)(hui)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道(dao)(dao)閥門(men),利用(yong)余壓(ya)(ya)(0.2 Mpa左右(you))將漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)回(hui)(hui)貯(zhu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)中。回(hui)(hui)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,應注意(yi)觀(guan)察(cha)浸(jin)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)中漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的液(ye)位,避免空(kong)氣進入貯(zhu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)中,造成鼓泡而使漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)液(ye)沖擊貯(zhu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)內(nei)壁進入氣相管道(dao)(dao),時間長后會引起漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)內(nei)結瘤和氣相管道(dao)(dao)堵塞(sai)。回(hui)(hui)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)至(zhi)液(ye)面達(da)工件底部后,滴漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)30分鐘(zhong)左右(you),加壓(ya)(ya)將剩余的漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)回(hui)(hui)貯(zhu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)罐(guan)。
4、清理工件:把(ba)不應該帶(dai)漆的(de)表面(mian)和其(qi)它配合(he)面(mian)清理干凈(jing),如果這些部位不清除(chu)干凈(jing),將可(ke)能影響工件的(de)外觀(guan)質量。
5、烘(hong)(hong)焙固(gu)化:浸漆的同時將(jiang)烘(hong)(hong)箱(xiang)溫度調整(zheng)到165~175℃,將(jiang)浸好(hao)漆的工件放入烘(hong)(hong)箱(xiang)中進行固(gu)化。調整(zheng)烘(hong)(hong)箱(xiang)溫度(以(yi)工件溫度為準):轉子(zi)不(bu)超過(guo)155℃,定(ding)子(zi)不(bu)超過(guo)180℃。烘(hong)(hong)焙時間:,以(yi)熱態絕緣電阻(zu)值持續穩定(ding)1-2小時作為標準或用(yong)手(shou)觸(chu)摸是否干燥判(pan)斷。建(jian)議:轉(zhuan)子8~10小時,定子7~8小時。
無溶劑浸漬漆貯存和維(wei)護(hu)
1、漆(qi)中活性稀釋劑為可自聚物質(zhi)且漆(qi)中已加入(ru)固(gu)(gu)化劑,若貯存、使用溫(wen)度過高,會加速固(gu)(gu)化劑的分解(jie),影(ying)響漆(qi)的穩定性,因此要求(qiu)貯漆(qi)缸中溫(wen)度不超(chao)過25℃。
2、絕緣(yuan)漆(qi)在生產過程中(zhong)(zhong)已加(jia)入了(le)粘度(du)穩定(ding)劑,穩定(ding)劑必(bi)須有氧(yang)氣(qi)的條件下才起作用,因(yin)此絕緣(yuan)漆(qi)在貯(zhu)存過程中(zhong)(zhong)應常壓貯(zhu)存,放空(kong)管道應與大氣(qi)相(xiang)通,不(bu)能堵塞,每天(tian)攪拌3-5分鐘,以補充漆(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的氧(yang)份,保證(zheng)漆(qi)的粘度(du)穩定(ding)。
3、漆(qi)中活性(xing)稀(xi)釋(shi)劑(ji)(ji)具有(you)一定的揮(hui)發(fa)性(xing),在(zai)進(jin)行(xing)真空壓力浸漆(qi)時,活性(xing)稀(xi)釋(shi)劑(ji)(ji)會有(you)部(bu)分揮(hui)發(fa),因此(ci)絕緣(yuan)漆(qi)使用一段時間(jian)后,粘度會有(you)所增長,可以定期(qi)補充新漆(qi)或(huo)者稀(xi)釋(shi)劑(ji)(ji),但稀(xi)釋(shi)劑(ji)(ji)的加(jia)入量(liang)不能超過消耗漆(qi)量(liang)的15%。
4、絕(jue)緣(yuan)漆使用一段時期后(hou),由于(yu)工(gong)件清潔度的影響,漆中可能會有少(shao)量結晶顆(ke)粒,需(xu)要定(ding)期過濾處理(li)。
5、浸漆時除了工件(jian)(jian)應干凈清潔外,工件(jian)(jian)的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)不能超(chao)過(guo)60℃,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)過(guo)高將(jiang)加速漆中引發劑的分解,影響漆的貯存(cun)。
6、每(mei)周(zhou)定期測量一(yi)次(ci)粘(zhan)(zhan)度和(he)膠凝時間,并做好記(ji)錄。當粘(zhan)(zhan)度明顯增(zeng)長且(qie)膠凝時間低(di)于3分鐘時,請及(ji)時與本(ben)公(gong)司(si),本(ben)公(gong)司(si)提供粘(zhan)(zhan)度穩定劑,也(ye)可(ke)以補加一(yi)定量的(de)新漆。
7、無溶劑浸漬漆中活性稀釋(shi)劑對皮(pi)膚有剌激性,對人體有輕度(du)麻醉作用,但不會造成慢(man)性中毒。空(kong)氣中zui高允許濃度(du)為420mg/m3,故應(ying)加(jia)強車間通(tong)風(feng)。工(gong)作人員(yuan)在操(cao)作過程中應(ying)加(jia)強防護(hu),穿戴好工(gong)作服、防護(hu)眼鏡和手套。若不(bu)小心粘上該(gai)漆可以用酒精(jing)、甲苯(ben)或丙酮清洗干凈。
